the products are covered by Warranty, please contact DecaView to obtain warranty
service by the following steps:： 1.
Contact DecaView by toll-free number 0800-088-328 or download the RMA form from
Http://www.decaview.com.tw.
2. After receiving the RAM number from
our representative, please fill-in the following information:

Chinese Full name, Delivery address, Day/Night time contact number. | 2. | Na
me, Telephone number and the address of the retailer. | 3. | Purchasing
date & Warranty certificate | 4. | Model
number and serial number of the product. | 5. | Clear
description of the problem. |

After fill-in the above information, please send the RMA form to DecaView's international
customer service department by E-mail customer@decaview.com.tw or Fax (02)2767-8252
(Taiwan area)
4. Please contact DecaView Aisa's customer service department
for permit RMA number. Invoice or the dated sales slip might be required. Information
of pick-up schedule and place will be informed by the customer service representative
while the permit RMA number is been informed.
