Warranties
Warranties for DecaView Display
Decaview Limited Warranty.

Warranty only take effect for the products which is purchase, delivery and used in Taiwan.

Decaview Aisa Decaview provide 3 years warranty period. (exception in special model, E-series or the products covered with different warranty). However, any defect cause by the lost of use of the product or the lost during shipment is not covered by warranty.
 3 year warranty obtain the following:
1.Warranted period counts from the date of purchase. For the customer who can not bring up the date of purchase, the warranted period will be count 2 months after the production date.
2.CRT and LCD Panel warranty only obtain for one year.
3.Warranty do not cover with the following:
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Decdview.
Any misuse and changes without authorized by Decdview.
Environment of the usage does not meet Decdview's specifications.
Any damage do to the lose packing for the product or the shipment which is arrange by the customer.
Damage cause by an acts of nature.
Any other cause with does not relate to a product defect..
Use outside of Taiwan.
4.Replacement within 30 days﹝DOA﹞:After the determination by Decaview engineer, Decaview will replace the defect goods with a new item.
5.If a prodcuct proves to be defective in material or workmanship Deacview will repair or replace the defect item. No charges for labor, parts and the delivery will be collects in the first year of warranty. During the 2nd and 3rd years of warranty, Decaview will cover the parts, delivery and part of labor, However testing charge NT600 will be collected from customer.
6.During warranted period, Decaview will repair or replace the product with a similar product. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original limited varranty.
7.Limitation of warranties:There are no warranties can extend beyond the description on above.
8.Decaview shall not be liable for the following: Except with the documentary authorization by the president, any Decaview product is not authorized for use in part of life-maintain system. Decaview and it distributor and the retailers have no liability for any lost or compensation with any direct or indirect damage.

Replacements﹝DOA﹞:Decaview will replace the defect goods with a new item. If a product proves to be a defect product within 30 days from the purchase, please contact Decaview for the replacement as the following procedure. Decaview will send out the new item 3 days after the receipt of the defect product.

Transportation Charge﹝Pick-up/Delivery﹞

Standard transportation charges as the customer ask for the pick-up/delivery service through Decaview Asia courier service in assigned area.
1.In order to ensure maintaining quality, Decaview Asia offers free maintain service for three months once the product has return again for the same problem. Also, Decaview Asia will cover the transportation charges for the second repairment.
2.For the repairment payment, customer can choose to transfer payment to Decaview Asia by ATM or pay the cash to Decaview Asia contracted courier service while returning the repairment.
3.Repair changes does not include 5% tax
4.Decaview will not collect any handling fee once the customer
5.For general maintance, Decaview Asia will finish the repairment and return to the customer within 7 working days.
6.For the product which is not covered by warranty, once the item arrives in Decaview Customer service centre, it will be treating as establish the maintenance service. Decaview will need to collect NT600 under the following situation: 1. Item appears as normal after the testing. 2. Customer refuses to repair the item after the testing.
